From the Auto Power Off(AC/DC) menu, select None. From the Auto Power On menu, select On. Go to Windows Start > All Programs > Brother > Label & Mobile Printer > Printer Setting Tool. 
When the installer says Installation complete, select Finish. Go to your Downloads folder and open the file you just downloaded. Under Utilities, select Printer Setting Tool. Optional Configuration - Disable Auto Power Off On the Basic tab, from the Paper Size menu, select 2.4" x 1.1". In the Brother QL-800 Properties window, click the Advanced tab. Right-click the Brother QL-800 printer icon and choose Printer Properties. Navigate to Settings > Printers & Scanners. This is to ensure that the settings will apply to all users. In this section, you will be directed to set the paper size in two different places. Press and hold the Editor Lite button on the printer until the green light above the Editor Lite button turns off. Turn the printer on and wait a few seconds. When prompted to connect the USB cable between the Brother printer and the computer, connect the USB cable. 
The next prompt welcomes you to the Brother Printer Driver Installer. Choose QL-800 in the Select Model window. In the Open File Security Warning box, select OK or Run. 
Go to your computer's Downloads folder and double-click on the downloaded file.Install the driver and connect the printer The file will be downloaded to your computer's Downloads folder. Select Agree to the EULA and Download.Select Printer Driver to download the printer driver.
